Jeffrey Evans

Jeffrey Evans, Esq. is an experienced family law and civil litigation attorney who has spent over twenty years representing clients in litigation matters, including representing clients in state courts, federal courts and arbitrations. Jeff’s practice focuses exclusively on representing clients in family law matters including divorce, spousal and child support, child custody and visitation and the division of marital property.

Jeff believes that the best approach to resolve family law cases is non-adversarial and that attempts should first be made to amicably resolve all divorce and custody cases.  Jeff’s goal is to ensure that clients are well-informed throughout the divorce process and that their goals are understood and prioritized.  Unfortunately, not all cases can be settled and Jeff is always prepared to advocate for his clients in court when it is necessary.

When not working, you can find Jeff running (slowly and for short distances), or playing or watching soccer.  He also enjoys spending time with his spouse, three daughters and one son-in-law, and his English bulldog.
